I'm Sinead - sound healer, somatic practitioner and soul singer, with Jamaican and Irish roots. I didn't come to this work through a weekend course. I grew up in Bradford in a single-parent home, and nothing was handed to me. I've built everything I have from the ground up, and I know the real world - the bills, the pressure, the burnout, the pace.
Then I spent a decade doing the real work. Not the high-vibes, bypass-it version. I got complete in my relationships, met my own pain bit by bit, and found my way home to my lineage, instead of borrowing anyone else's. The tones I sing in my sound healing come directly from that connection. Because my own nervous system has met its pain, I can hold a room when real things come up. I hold the dark and the light. You don't need 'pretend' in my spaces.
I'm trauma-informed and restorative-justice informed, with a background in Reiki, energy healing, sound and somatic work. I've also spent years in the world beyond wellness, leading music programmes and producing sold-out events and festivals, so I'm grounded, practical and very human.
Samhain lives in my Irish lineage, and I hold it with deep respect. I'll never hand you someone else's tradition dressed up as your own. I'll help you connect with what's already yours.
What I stand for is simple: your freedom, your voice and your greatness. Integrity runs through everything I hold.
What people say:
"Sinead guided me with a foundational way to ground myself and protect myself energetically during meditation, in a way that fully resonated." Lena, Leeds UK.
"My whole body reacted to that, I felt something moving inside me, it was so cathartic. I feel very safe and supported by you." Sarah, Manchester UK.
Before you book
This circle is held with care, and it works best when everyone arrives knowing what to expect. It's live only. There are no replays, because we open and close the circle together.
Please stay for the full two hours. This lets the circle close safely and undisturbed.
The Q&A afterwards is optional.
It's for adults. You'll need to be 18 or over on 31 October 2026.
Everything is an invitation. You choose what you take part in, how deeply you go, and when to pause or rest. Nothing is ever required of you.
Your wellbeing comes first. This is a holistic wellbeing space, not medical or psychological treatment. If you're living with a mental health condition, are under the care of a mental health professional, or are going through a particularly raw time, please check with your GP or practitioner before booking. You're also welcome to message me first, so we can make sure now is the right time for you.
Create a safe space. Join from somewhere private and comfortable where you won't be disturbed. Please don't join while driving or caring for others, and arrive free from alcohol and recreational substances.
Questions:
I've never done anything like this. Is it for me?
Yes. You don't need to know anything. You'll be guided through every step. Please just approach the workshop with respect and reverence.
Will it be spooky?
No. We don't call in spirits or do spells. We ground, stay in our bodies and connect only with loving, benevolent wisdom.
What if painful family stuff comes up?
You'll be held, and you'll never be put on the spot. You can honour your lineage without honouring the harm. If you're in a raw place right now, send me a message before booking and we can talk about whether this is the right space for you.
What if I don't know much about my family or heritage?
That's welcome here. Your connection to your lineage lives in your body, whether or not you know the names.
Is there a replay?
No. The circle is live only so everyone can be held in the space.
Can I get a refund?
No refunds are available once you've booked.
If you've read this far and your body is saying yes, I'd love to have you
in the workshop.
